How do I tie my scarf?
There are multiple ways to wear the scarf - around your hair (up or down) in a bow, around your neck, hanging on a bag - it's up to you

Can I wash the scarf?
Yes; but take it easy - a cold hand-wash is best:

The fabric is delicate & should be treated with care

Where are the scarves and berets made?
The scarves are made in Turkey. The berets are made in China, and embroidered in Scotland.

Why am I having trouble checking out?
It is a requirement to fill out the 'apartment, suite etc...' field - if this is not applicable to your address, please fill in 'n/a' and you will be able to checkout

Do I need to pay any taxes or duties?
Orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. As the UK has now left the European Union we advise that you check with your local authority to confirm if your order will be subject to further charges.  
Sammi.co will not be liable for any of these costs.

If the shipping service is unable to deliver your item(s) your package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive an automatic refund once your item(s) have been processed by our team. If you wish to reorder your items, you can do this via our website. Please check your address is entered correctly and select tracked shipping to avoid your item(s) being undeliverable.

Why is my tracking not being updated?
If you have selected tracked shipping for your order and your tracking information has not been updated for over 1 week, please contact the Sammi.co customer service team immediately.
